14-day money-back guarantee

If you are not satisfied, request a full refund within 14 days of your first payment for a plan, no questions asked.

Renewals: if you forgot to cancel, ask within 14 days of the renewal charge and we will refund that renewal, as long as the credits from that period are mostly unused.

Credit top-ups

Unused top-up credits can be refunded within 14 days of purchase. Credits already spent can't be refunded.

How to ask for a refund

Email [email protected] from the address on your account, or reply to your receipt. Payments are processed by Paddle, our merchant of record, so refunds are issued by Paddle to your original payment method, usually within 5-10 business days.

You can also contact Paddle directly through the link on your receipt.

Cancelling

You can cancel any time in Settings, Billing. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for, and you won't be charged again.

Free trial

The 7-day trial is free and needs no card, so there is nothing to refund.
