Plan a mix of posts that earns attention and trust before asking for anything.
Four jobs a post can do
Value posts teach or solve something. Story posts show the human side, the work, the lessons and the people. Engage posts invite participation: a question, a poll, a hot take to respond to. Promo posts make the offer. Each earns something different: value earns saves and follows, story earns trust, engage earns reach and conversation, promo converts the trust you built.
